Bliss Gift Cards

Bliss Gift Cards are available for any amount. Bliss Gift Cards make the perfect present for those 'passionate about pampering' and are redeemable for Bliss Spa services or products. Please note: Bliss Gift Card do not expire. Bliss Gift Cards are transferrable but non-refundable. Unless the remaining balance is $10.00 or less, cards may not be redeemed for cash. Lost and stolen cards are not replaceable.

Punctuality

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to allow stress-free check-in, changing and a little pre-treatment decompression time.

Please Advise Us

Please advise Bliss Spa staff when booking your appointment if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

Cancellations

Please note: We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked-unless we hear otherwise- we'll expect you to be there. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held. You can send a cancellation email via liz@bodyquest.ca 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Miscellaneous

Please keep any valuables that you've brought to Bliss on your person for the duration of your visit. Unfortunately, Bliss cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Ensuring our guests' safety is crucial. A 'guest-check' form must be completed before each and every treatment begins.

Bliss reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask Bliss staff when you book your appointments. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

We are pleased to welcome clients 16 years of age and older. All clients under the age of 16 require adult supervision in order to receive treatments. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer spa services or admission to clients under the age of 8 years. Children of any age may not accompany parents for treatments. Bliss Spa does offer child supervision at the Child Activity Centre located at Body Quest Fitness. Please register your child at the Body Quest Fitness Child Activity Centre prior to your arrival for your treatment.

To add enjoyment to your day and to help others enjoy their Spa day as well, please turn of all cellular phones and pagers when you enter the Spa.

Please let us know if we can make you more comfortable during your visit; massage pressure, lighting, music volume etc.

Smoking is prohibited throughout our facility.
